You are collected from your hotel and taken to the office for check-in, a briefing, and a welcome snack. Then the keys are in your hand. The engine fires up with that unmistakable American V8 rumble, and the convoy heads out into the national park.
These are proper Mustangs. Older models that sound exactly like they should. The kind of car that turns heads on any road, let alone one that winds through ancient lava fields and pine forests at altitude.
The route takes you through some of the most dramatic scenery on the island, climbing to 2,100 metres above sea level. When you reach the viewpoint at Pico Viejo, the guide pulls up, the engines go quiet, and the sky does the rest. Red, gold, violet. Above the clouds, above everything. Then, back down to the office, where the team drops you off at your hotel.
Up to 10 Mustangs per tour. Each car takes up to 4 people. One person in the car must drive, but passengers just sit back and enjoy every kilometre. Drivers must be 21 or over with a full, valid driving licence. Non-EU citizens must carry an international driving licence. Fuel is included.
