2. General Policy
Proper Excursions acts as an intermediary between customers and independent excursion providers.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined below and may vary depending on the specific activity.
3. Cancellation by Customer
Free Cancellation
Most excursions offer:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time
Late Cancellation / No-Show
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable
- Failure to attend (no-show) is non-refundable
4. Changes and Rescheduling
- Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability
- We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking
5. Cancellation by Provider
In case the activity cannot take place due to:
- Bad weather
- Technical issues
- Operational reasons
You will be offered:
- Rescheduling to another date
- Alternative activity
- Full refund
6. Participation Conditions
No refunds will be issued if:
- Customer arrives late or misses the activity
- Customer fails to meet participation requirements
- Customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Customer is refused participation for safety reasons
7. Intermediary Role
Proper Excursions acts only as a booking intermediary.
The execution of the activity is the responsibility of the third-party provider. Refund decisions may depend on the provider’s policies.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method
- Processing time:
- 1–3 working days (processing)
- 5–10 working days (bank/card processing)
9. Deposits and Partial Payments
In some cases, only a deposit is required at booking.
- Deposits are subject to the same cancellation conditions
- Remaining balance is paid directly to the provider where applicable
