Your hotel pickup brings you to the start point for a full briefing before the convoy sets off. Then you are behind the wheel, cruising through lush banana plantations, past sweeping coastal views, and along off-road trails that most tourists in the south never find.
The 2-hour tour takes you along the southwest coast with a stop at El Puertito, a traditional village with real local charm tucked right on the shoreline. The 3-hour tour goes further, all the way to Playa San Juan, a beautiful, unspoiled fishing village that feels completely removed from the resort strip.

Up to 8 buggies travel together as a guided convoy. Each buggy seats 2, with goggles, full insurance and fuel all included. Drivers must be 21 or over with a full, valid driving licence. Children aged 3 and over are welcome as passengers, with child seats provided.

The only requirements are that you hold a full valid driving licence and are at least 21 years old. If there are two qualified drivers in the buggy, you are welcome to swap at any point during the tour. Passengers do not need a licence at all and can simply sit back and enjoy every kilometre of the southwest coast from the passenger seat.
Yes, children aged 3 and over are welcome as passengers and child seats are provided for younger riders so everyone is safely secured throughout the tour. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a full valid driving licence. The route follows coastal roads through banana plantations and pretty villages, so the pace is enjoyable for all ages.
