2. Nature of Service
Proper Excursions acts solely as an independent intermediary.
We do not operate the excursions listed on our website. All activities are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
When you make a booking, the contract is between you and the activity provider, not Proper Excursions.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking
- Payment can be made via secure providers (e.g. Stripe)
- A confirmation will be sent after successful booking
All prices include applicable IGIC (Canary Islands tax).
4. Cancellations and Refunds

General rules:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity (unless otherwise stated)
- No refund for no-shows or late cancellations
- Refunds or rescheduling may be offered in case of:
- Bad weather
