Our regular boats sail every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday with a maximum capacity of 150 guests – we highly recommend booking in advance before you get to Tenerife to secure your place. These boats sell out quickly, and this is the only way to guarantee a spot on board.

⦁ If the excursion cannot take place because of hazardous weather conditions, we will offer you to do it on another date, or if its not possible, we will do a full refund.
⦁ You may cancel or reschedule your date, for this you have 24 hours prior to your trip. In this case please let us know via email, or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
⦁ Any cancellations less then 24 hours or not showing up on the reserved time, there will be no refund.
⦁ Please show up in time and in a condition to able to proceed the excursion, otherwise the staff has the right to refuse you. In this case will be no refund.
