Depending on the operational helicopter of 3 or 4 seats, passengers will be distributed based on the availability of seats. If it is a larger group, the necessary flights will be made according to the number of passengers. Itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions. WEIGHT RESTRICTION
In order to adequately distribute the helicopter ticket, it is mandatory that people over 110 kilos reserve the next seat. The price of the seat is reduced to 50% discount of the price of the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
From the moment of the reservation until 48 hours before your flight, 50% of the amount of the contracted flight will be charged.
With less than 48 hours of your flight, 100% of the value will be charged.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
Outside temperatures prevail in the helicopter, so dress comfortably and bring a sweater or jacket in case it’s cool.
DO YOU RECOMMEND TAKING DRUGS AGAINST DIZZINESS?
The helicopter flight is very stable, the passengers not feeling any adversity, dizziness or vertigo. If you are excessively prone to motion sickness, you can take the medication you would take if you were traveling by car.
HOW DO YOU ASSIGN THE SEATS?
Unless they exclusively book the helicopter as a private flight, they will share the flight with other passengers. We try to place couples and families together whenever possible. The distribution of seats in the cabin will be appropriate for the correct balance of weight (mass), following the tables of characteristics of the aircraft. Visibility is excellent, all seats have direct access to the windows and landscape.

F.A.Q. about Jetski
-What does Jetski Safari mean?
Jetski safari means a guided trip, where are several Jetskis following a guide motorboat, and going on a guided trip where the jetskis are about 50 meter from each other.
-How fast the Jetski going?
According to the water conditions, the jetskis are going up to 60-65 km/h . Your guides goal is to go as fast as you possibly can for the maximum experience, as long as it safe.
-Are you going to hire a Jetksi?
No, Jet ski hire is not allowed in Tenerife. Jetski safari is the best excursion what you can do to maximize your experience and have the most adrenalin.
-What is the age limit to ride a Jetski?
To ride a jetski alone , you need to be 16 years of age. To be a passenger, 135 cm height and only with an adult.
What is the maximum weight limit per Jetski?
Maximum 180 kg a Jetski can take.
-It is safe during pregnancy?
It is not recommended during pregnancy.

⦁ If the excursion cannot take place because of hazardous weather conditions, we will offer you to do it on another date, or if its not possible, we will do a full refund.
⦁ You may cancel or reschedule your date, for this you have 24 hours prior to your trip. In this case please let us know via email, or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
⦁ Any cancellations less then 24 hours or not showing up on the reserved time, there will be no refund.
⦁ Please show up in time and in a condition to able to proceed the excursion, otherwise the staff has the right to refuse you. In this case will be no refund.
